  • If an item is unavailable after ordering, you will be notified immediately

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices may change without prior notice

  • Payment is made through available methods on the website or Cash on Delivery (if available)

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping

  • Custom orders may require additional time

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before shipping

  • After shipment, cancellation is not possible and return policy applies

6. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate information (address, phone, etc.)

  • Incorrect details may affect delivery

Return & Exchange Policy

Timeframe:

  • Within 3 days of delivery

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused

  • In original packaging

Exceptions:

  • Used items

  • Custom-made products

Damaged or Wrong Items:

  • We cover all costs

Shipping Fees:

  • Paid by customer (unless it’s our fault)

Refunds:

  • Issued via original payment method or as agreed
